ATHLETICS
A wild workout session for anyone willing to break a sweat where anything goes. Boot camp style class.

DANCE JAM
No dance experience required! This is a mix of hip hop, hi/lo, Latin and jazz together in a high energy class! Make sure you come excited and ready to get down.

JUST YOGA
Vinyasa-style class designed to strengthen, center, balance and stretch the mind/body through flowing sequences. Focus on breathing and proper alignment

KICKBOXING
A high energy blend of kicks, punches and drills set to upbeat music. This class is a butt kicker. Get your daily workout in and relieve some stress.

STEP CLASS
A high energy workout with fun movement patterns on the step. Steps are provided. Just be sure to show up ready to get up, get down and move around. (More of an intermediate to advanced step class)

PUMP
Strength training focusing primarily on high rep/high load. This class will leave you breathless with even better results.

HIGH FITNESS
Experience a modern twist on aerobics in an action packed class designed to take your fitness to the next level. Adaptable to all levels of fitness!

INDOOR CYCLING
Ride your way to a leaner body. Climb hills, chase the pack and fly on the flats. This fast paced fitness course will keep you spinning for hours.

GENTLE YOGA
A simple yoga class performed at a slower pace, with less intense positions.

BASIC STEP
No Frills. Just step. Less complexity, all of the intensity. An easy win for your daily workout goals.

SENIOR DANCE
Low impact dancing to familiar songs. All dance styles from country to Latin. No experience required.

ACTIVE AGING
Cardio and fitness exercises designed for seniors to increase bone density, range of motion and balance.

CHAIR FITNESS
Stretching, cardio and strength exercises performed while seated and/or with the aid of a chair. this class is meant to help increase yor flexibility and motor control over neglected muscle groups.

CHAIR YOGA
Chair yoga is a gentle form of yoga that can be done sitting on a chair or standing on the ground while using the chair for support. Benefits of chair yoga include improved flexibility, better concentration and increased strength.
