ATHLETICS

INDOOR CYCLING
Ride your way to a leaner body. Climb hills, chase the pack and fly on the flats. This fast paced fitness course will keep you spinning for hours.
UPBEAT BARRE
A fusion of strength, cardio, Pilates, and yoga, inspired by barre- set to upbeat music.
PILATES HIIT
This high energy class is where the muscular endurance of Pilates meets the power of resistance training- combines traditional Pilates movements with strength exercises using bands, blocks, and weights. Experience a fun, energizing atmosphere as you move to upbeat music to build strength, flexibility, and endurance. Whether you’re a seasoned athlete or new to the fitness world, this class offers modifications to suit all levels.
KICKBOXING
A high energy blend of kicks, punches and drills set to upbeat music. This class is a butt kicker. Get your daily workout in and relieve some stress.
DANCE JAM
No dance experience required! This is a mix of hip hop, hi/lo, Latin and jazz together in a high energy class! Make sure you come excited and ready to get down.
HIGH FITNESS
Experience a modern twist on aerobics in an action packed class designed to take your fitness to the next level. Adaptable to all levels of fitness!
BASIC STEP
No Frills. Just step. Less complexity, all of the intensity. An easy win for your daily workout goals.
STEP CLASS
A high energy workout with fun movement patterns on the step. Steps are provided. Just be sure to show up ready to get up, get down and move around. (More of an intermediate to advanced step class)
PUMP
Strength training focusing primarily on high rep/high load. This class will leave you breathless with even better results.
HATHA YOGA
A strong, slow yoga flow holding poses a bit longer. Take the time to go through alignment and strengthen the body. All levels are welcome! Modifications provided.
RESTORATIVE YOGA
Taking time to destress and wind down from the day. Class includes light stretching and breathwork.
VINYASA FLOW
Class consists of a steady flow of breath and full body movement. Leave feeling relaxed and ready for the day.
GENTLE YOGA
A simple yoga class performed at a slower pace, with less intense positions.
POWER YOGA
Get your blood flowing! Work on building strength, breath connection and endurance.
CHAIR YOGA
Chair yoga is a gentle form of yoga that can be done sitting on a chair or standing on the ground while using the chair for support. Benefits of chair yoga include improved flexibility, better concentration and increased strength.
ACTIVE AGING
Cardio and fitness exercises designed for seniors to increase bone density, range of motion and balance.
SENIOR DANCE
Low impact dancing to familiar songs. All dance styles from country to Latin. No experience required.
