Ingredients:
- 1LB Hamburger
- 7C Shredded Mexican Blend Cheese
- 1/2C Diced Tomatoes
- 1tsp Chili
- 1tsp Cumin
- 1tsp Onion Powder
- 1/2tsp Salt
- 1/2tsp Pepper
- 1/2tsp Cayenne Pepper
- 1/2tsp Paprika
- Chopped cabbage, Sour Cream, Guacamole, Tomatoes, & Lime
Directions:
- Pour 1 cup of shredded cheese into a pan and cook on low until fully melted and browning. Remove and drape over a rolling pin to cool. (Repeat for 6 taco shells)
- Brown hamburger and add spices and diced tomatoes. Mix well and let simmer for 3 min.
- Spoon into the shells the cabbage and meat mixture and garnish with sour cream (1Tb), guacamole (1Tb), a sprinkling of shredded cheese & tomatoes and lime to taste.
