Keto Tacos Recipe - Forge Fitness

Ingredients:

  • 1LB Hamburger
  • 7C Shredded Mexican Blend Cheese
  • 1/2C Diced Tomatoes
  • 1tsp Chili
  • 1tsp Cumin
  • 1tsp Onion Powder
  • 1/2tsp Salt
  • 1/2tsp Pepper
  • 1/2tsp Cayenne Pepper
  • 1/2tsp Paprika
  • Chopped cabbage, Sour Cream, Guacamole, Tomatoes, & Lime

Directions:

  1. Pour 1 cup of shredded cheese into a pan and cook on low until fully melted and browning. Remove and drape over a rolling pin to cool. (Repeat for 6 taco shells)
  2. Brown hamburger and add spices and diced tomatoes. Mix well and let simmer for 3 min.
  3. Spoon into the shells the cabbage and meat mixture and garnish with sour cream (1Tb), guacamole (1Tb), a sprinkling of shredded cheese & tomatoes and lime to taste.
